The proprietary JWL-RW wire clipping system is designed as a replacement to the standard U-clip clipping heads found on similar rotating form-fill-seal cartridging machines. The wire clipping heads use continuous spools of aluminum wire to feed, form, and clip, while also cutting the continuous film to create each distinct cartridge unit. Each wire clipping head is fed by two spools of continuous aluminum wire, which is capable of operating up to one complete operating shift before spool replacement is necessary. The wire clipping system increases efficiency by lowering costs relative to conventional pre-formed U-clip systems.

-High production capacity: the system is capable of production output in excess of 4.5 metric tons per hour for small diameter cartridges (φ32 mm，300 g),  8 metric tons per hour for large  diameter cartridges(φ70 mm，1500 g). Its maximum quantity output is 330 pcs/min.

-Varieties for specifications: produces film cartridges in diameters of 19-150 mm and lengths of 220-972 mm.

-With the security module and ProfiSafe network, the system is capable of self-diagnosis of malfunctions to achieve stable operation.

-Safety interlocking, follow-up control, and automatic matching with charging and packaging processes.

-Lower consumables costs by using wire (aluminum wire) instead of pre-formed U-clips.
