The robot and conveyor belts are installed on the rubber crawler to move simultaneously. It can auto-detect surrounding positions and build a coordinate system inside the truck. The whole system is reliable and stable, excellent in loading efficiency, and reduce manpower to save labor costs.

-Six-axis robot can achieve multi-direction multi-form stacking and loading. The six-axis robot and telescopic belt are integrated via a crawler mobile mechanism which can advance or reverse in the truck regardless of the truck length.

-The system can intelligently detect surrounding positions and build a coordinate system inside the truck to load packages, cartons or bags at designated positions.

-Adjustable mechanical grippers work for cartons and bags at different specifications and shapes.

-A buffer area is set for cartons or bags when switching trucks; loading rate is automatically matched with upstream packaging rate.
